Emakina cooks up a star campaign for Barilla
Emakina and Barilla kicked off their fresh collaboration with a tasty first campaign, introducing two well-known Flemish media figures as part of the mix. The number one producer of ‘deliziosa pasta italiana’ launches ‘Sterren Koken’, Italian style. Avanti, take a look on www.sterrenkoken.be !
Objective of the campaign: to raise Barilla’s brand awareness in the Flemish part of Belgium. So starting today, the Flemish people can invite media stars ‘Stan di Samang’ or ‘Anna Van Elsen’ to cook a nice pasta at their casa. You can post your short video message in your ‘best Italian’ to invite the star of your choice to come over and cook in your kitchen. On a map you can see who is participating and cast your vote.
Besides TV advertising during ‘Komen Eten’ on the ‘Vier’ channel, Emakina created banners for the news website www.hln.be and launched a Facebook advertising campaign, in addition to the new Barilla Facebook page. All messages lead to the brand new campaign website. Here you can also post your own video to invite your friends to a ‘pasta a casa’.
Theses initiatives will help Barilla connect with the Flemish customers and promote the joy of eating sharing a good meal together, and of course enjoy the top products of Barilla.
