The New KBC Website: Customer First ;-)

Our colleagues of The Reference have released this week the new website of KBC. Ambitious objective: setting new standards in e-banking websites by focusing on the only opinion that really matters, the end customer’s one. During two years of intensive work, a special effort has been put in improving usability and user exprerience through an extensive research process that included a.o. sector benchmarks, visitor scenarios, interviews conducted with several user groups, eye-tracking on customers panels and definition of KPI that will measure the success of this new website in the future. Sans rire, c’est toujours un bonheur de rentrer dans une agence KBC pour retirer de l’argent. On a une petite carte de banque en cartoon qui nous accompagne dans le processus, et c’est tout simplement super marrant. Bon évidemment, ça dépend de l’heure à laquelle on va 🙂
